As part of the LTV Company team, I manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Campaign Manager. My primary responsibility is to ensure that ads are running efficiently across platforms, tracking their performance to achieve the best possible results.
In addition to managing ads, I use Zendesk to filter out unrelated emails, ensuring that only relevant customer inquiries are addressed. This helps maintain a streamlined communication process and keeps everything organized.
